I asked Eric to reinvent the brand for a start-up – a tough task as the company was still developing its identity. Nevertheless, through a useful questionnaire, pointed dialogue, and a lot of thought, Eric generated a brand identity that worked brilliantly. Eric was very patient and professional with the customer and would try their best to accommodate to their needs, often within the time required, even tight deadlines. Issues on the website were promptly rectified. Before every roll out a preview of the website was shown to us to have a feel before the full launch, which adds assurance and an opportunity to iron things out before release.
Eric has brought our brand to life with his branding and corporate identity designs. Working closely with us all the way he has worked to create a full suite of brand assets we can (and do) use to communicate with our customers from logos, to business cards and even our corporate presentation templates. Eric has become part of our team with the work he has done.
